A record mecca for DJs in the 90s/2000s, Beat Street moved locations four times, landing in the current location at 439 West Hastings Street in 2003.

Beat Street is an independently owned community based store for music lovers, musicians, DJs, artists, and collectors. 

We focus on providing a wide variety of music, art and collectibles for all types of collectors, aficionados, and people that love the arts and pop culture.  We carry all genres, all eras, mainstream and independent, international and local.  Beat Street takes pride in providing a welcoming atmosphere for everyone, great staff and customer service.

Beat Street carries all sorts of vinyl records- 12", LP, 7" - New and Used - All styles.  We have over 50,000 records in stock in our store, and more in our warehouse.
